As the Sales Support Intern you will be a part of the Sales Operations team, working directly with Sales and Marketing.  You should have a working knowledge of sales and marketing best practices with a keen interest in data analysis.   You will help the team create and maintain strong customer relationships and work to ensure smooth sales team operations.  Are you interested in using sales metrics to help the team reach its goals?  Does that sound like you? Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Update data to help guide the sales and marketing team
  • Maintain sales tracking tools and report on important information within the Salesforce CRM
  • Assemble marketing and sales support materials for prospects and clients
  • Support initiatives to enable Sales Executives and Marketing team to respond to prospect queries effectively and efficiently
  • Assist with tactical marketing event coordination and logistics support

What You Need:

  • Hands on experience with CRM systems; Salesforce
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Thorough researching skills
  • Collaborative spirit to work in team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills
  • Currently possess or pursuing BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
