As an Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Client Success team working directly with providers to implement their solution.  You should have a passion for detail with a love of making sure our clients are set up for success.  You will be responsible for successful project management and execution for new client implementations and existing client system upgrades.   

Reporting to the Manager, Professional Services and Implementation, this is the frontline interaction with our customers and requires problem solving, building relationships and ensuring that our clients are set up for long term success. The Senior Implementation Consultant determines implementation objectives, timelines, configure systems, communications and drive best practices from the start to ensure our customers are leveraging the Patientco platform to meet their business goals.  Translating our clients’ needs into detailed requirements, and configuration of our software platform to meet their requirements are the focus of this position.

A SAMPLE OF THINGS YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

  • Assume both leadership and/or supporting role on projects and work without direct supervision, interfacing with all levels and functions of customers including IT and revenue cycle leaders
  • Actively lead the planning process, process stages and ensure timeliness on all projects
  • Understand and demonstrate Patientco’s value and provide thought leadership on how we help customers meet their goals
  • Own customer engagement during the project adoption and implementation phases. Develop ambassadors for the Patientco brand
  • Create and document a detailed knowledge of customer's business process and needs to enable long term success
  • Drive collaboration between internal and client teams to achieve milestones
  • Lead the configuration and testing to meet the client's needs
  • Using best practices, create and improve on implementation processes and procedures
  • Proactive in identifying risks, recommending solutions and ensuring a successful project completion
  • Collaborate with client success team members to ensure successful hand off and continued customer success
  • Develop strong understanding of client needs and measures of implementation success  
  • Work with Product and Engineering on a regular basis to communicate client needs for upcoming project work

 

KEY SKILLS TO ENSURE YOUR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Engineering required
  •  5+ years of Healthcare IT or SaaS Implementation experience
  • 2+ years of experience in direct client facing and management roles
  • Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience strongly preferred
  • Can quickly learn and integrate new technical skills and knowledge
  • Strong problem identification and analytical skills including the ability to synthesize key findings into a clear story to inform solutions
  • Excellent Project Management skills with end to end management including:
    • Accurately determines the length and difficulty of tasks and sub-projects
    • Sets clear, realistic, defined, measurable goals for success
    • Sets priorities and time milestones to accomplish tasks on time
    • Anticipates roadblocks and develops contingencies to redirect tasks
  • SaaS software experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to succinctly describe issues and solutions
  • Demonstrated strong presentation/public speaking skills with presentations to senior leadership and all levels of clients is required
  • Self Directed and resourceful
  • High analytical thinking with the ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
  • Ability to get things moving and keep them moving with collaboration
  • A sense of humor
